How to apply for DVLA tax disc refund

Applying for a refund without your DVLA tax disc
If you don’t have your tax disc either because it was stolen or lost, fill out form V33 'Application for a refund of vehicle tax when the tax disc is missing.' Form V33 is only available at a DVLA local office or by phoning 0870 240 0010. Itmust be filled in, signed and posted to a different address provided by your customer attendant.
